Zach is the founder and president of Cairn Recovery Pathways (CRP)—a mission built on the belief that recovery is not just about abstinence, but about rebuilding a life with meaning, purpose, and connection. With a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a background as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, Zach brings both professional expertise and lived understanding to his work.

He began his counseling career in 2023 and has since devoted his life to walking alongside men in recovery—offering structure, support, and a renewed sense of direction. Currently pursuing his master’s in clinical Mental Health Counseling, Zach continues to deepen his capacity to serve through both clinical and community-based approaches.

CRP stands out by bridging the gap between treatment and sustainable independence through its integrated model. With services like compassionate accountability, housing assistance, community engagement, and purpose-driven mentorship, CRP provides hands-on, individualized support. This comprehensive approach ensures each person receives the tools, guidance, and resources needed to stabilize, grow, and thrive beyond initial recovery.

Dan is a well-spoken and steadfast presence. His vision for strength and transformation reflects both lived experience and deep faith. Having walked through the difficult journey of addiction and emerged with clarity and purpose, he brings firsthand understanding of what recovery truly demands—from the inside out.

Now working as a Treatment Specialist at a detox center, Dan is a steady professional and a natural mentor. His knowledge of recovery is wide, gained both from study and personal experience. Those around him call him a go-getter and a positive force. He helps steady others, and his advice often shows the next step forward.

Guided by faith and integrity, Dan’s values define his work and leadership. As Vice President of Cairn Recovery Pathways, he believes strength comes through connection, purpose, and courage to rebuild.

Mr. King is the visionary founder and CEO of Destination Recovery Homes, a growing network of peer-led recovery residences redefining what it means to rebuild your life after addiction. A former resident turned leader, Mr. King built Destination Recovery from lived experience, loyalty, and relentless purpose-- proving that structure, community, and self-development can transform lives.

As a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist (CPRS), Mr. King brings both professional training and personal experience to his work, empowering others through authentic connection and practical support. His approach emphasizes accountability, growth, and emotional resilience-- helping individuals not only achieve recovery but create a new destination in life.

Mr. King's driving philosophy is simple: "Let's walk each other back home." His work continues to inspire others to rise, build, and lead with authenticity-- one person, one house, and one story at a time.
